D33 Terms & Conditions — Your rights and responsibilities, explained plainly

D33.life (referred to herein as "d33", "we", or "us") operates an online gaming and Sports Betting platform for players in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and d33 governing your use of the d33 website, mobile app, and all related services.

• Selling, transferring, or renting your account to any third party is strictly prohibited.

D33 may request identity verification documents in the following situations:

• At the time of your first withdrawal request
• When large deposits or withdrawals are made on an account
• When unusual activity is detected on an account
• As part of a regular periodic review

Accepted KYC documents include: National ID card, passport, driving licence, or bank statement. d33 reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests until KYC verification is complete.

• Deposits are typically processed instantly. Withdrawals are usually completed within 5–30 minutes.

• Withdrawals may be held if the wagering requirements on an active bonus have not been met.

D33 does not charge any additional fees on transactions. However, your payment provider (such as Mobile Pay or your bank) may apply their own fees, which are outside d33's control.

• Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses require a specified wagering amount to be met before withdrawal. This amount is clearly stated in each bonus's terms.
• Validity Period: Bonuses that are not used within the specified time period will expire and be forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on d33 and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Gaining unfair gaming advantages through fraud, deception, or manipulation
• Playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software
• Abusing bonuses by creating multiple accounts
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to d33's systems or network
• Harassing, intimidating, or acting inappropriately toward other members
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party

D33 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• In cases of Terms & Conditions violations
• Where evidence of fraud or deception is found
• If KYC verification has not been completed
• For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more)
• Under the direction of legal or regulatory authorities

You can request to close your account at any time. In that case, any valid balance in your account (excluding bonuses) will be returned via the designated payment method.

D33 strives to provide the highest quality of service, but its liability is limited in the following areas:
